Designing scalable, practical neuroinclusion training for global line managers

Lonza identified neuroinclusion as a growing priority following consistent employee feedback, particularly from neurodivergent staff, highlighting friction in team dynamics and a lack of managerial confidence in offering appropriate support.

They partnered with us to move beyond generic training and instead build a fully bespoke, evidence-based eLearning experience tailored to their global workforce.
